1. Return Period – 90 Days

We offer a return period of 90 calendar days from the delivery date recorded by the shipping carrier.

For a return to be accepted, the item must:

  • Be unused

  • Be in the same condition in which it was received

  • Be in its original packaging

  • Include proof of purchase

Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.


2. Right of Withdrawal – European Union

If the order is shipped to a country within the European Union, the customer has the legal right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days from receiving the product, without the need for justification.

The product must be returned in the same condition in which it was received.

This right applies in accordance with European consumer protection regulations.


3. Return Shipping Costs

Unless the product is defective or incorrect, return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

In the case of a defective product or a shipping error, we will assume the corresponding costs.


4. Damaged or Incorrect Products

The customer must inspect their order upon receipt.

If the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, it must be reported within 48 hours of delivery by sending clear photographs of the product and packaging to:

We reserve the right to evaluate each case before approving a replacement or refund.


5. Items Not Eligible for Return

We do not accept returns for:

  • Personalized or custom-made products

  • Items on sale or clearance

  • Gift cards


6. Refunds

Once the return is received and inspected, we will notify the customer whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within a maximum of 10 business days.

Processing times may vary depending on the bank or payment provider.

If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and the refund has not been received, the customer must contact us.


7. Return Address

The return address will be provided to the customer once the return request has been approved.
