1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
During periods of high demand (Holy Week, special promotions, etc.), preparation time may be slightly extended.
2. Estimated Delivery Time
We ship internationally.
The estimated delivery time is:
🌍 Approximately 9 business days once the order has been shipped.
Therefore, the total estimated time (processing + shipping) is 10 to 12 business days.
Delivery times may vary slightly depending on the destination country, customs, or external circumstances.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated and shown to the customer at the time of purchase, before completing the order.
In the case of promotions with free shipping, this will be clearly indicated on the product page or during the checkout process.
4. Order Tracking
Once the order has been shipped, the customer will receive an email with the shipping confirmation and, when available, a tracking number.
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct shipping address.
5. Delays and External Circumstances
We are not responsible for delays caused by:
Customs processes
Carrier logistics issues
Incorrect or incomplete addresses
Force majeure circumstances
However, we will always help the customer locate their shipment and resolve any issue.
6. Customs and International Taxes
For international shipments, customs fees, taxes, or additional duties may apply depending on the laws of the destination country.
These costs, if any, will be the responsibility of the customer.
7. Undelivered Orders
If an order is returned to the sender due to:
Incorrect address
Failed delivery attempts
Failure to collect the order on time
The customer may request reshipment by assuming the corresponding costs.
